Balloon arches and columns work best for entrances and "stations." Centerpieces and table towers are great for guest tables. How far in advance should I book balloon decorations for a child's party?

We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance to ensure availability and allow time for customization.

What happens to the balloons and equipment after the event?

Most balloon decorations and activities are build on reusable framing. The tear down and retrieval plan for your event will be outlined in you Client Service Agreement. If these items are removed without our consent, lost, stolen, or damaged, you may be charged a replacement fee.

What happens if my event is postponed or canceled?

If you let us know of a postponement as early as possible, we may be able to reschedule your delivery date.

Can you work from our event floor plan or do you need to visit the venue?

We can work from an event floor plan. Visiting the venue is still needed because a floor plan doesn't explain building access, parking, or the path from door to venue room. No worries, we can work directly with your venue POC to coordinate the logistics.
